How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed on the same day if placed before 12 PM. If you place your order after 12 PM, on a weekend, or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship internationally to Singapore and Brunei. We are also expecting to expand our shipping to Indonesia soon.
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return and refund policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Refunds are issued as a coupon for future purchases. Exchanges are allowed for size changes or product errors within 7 days.
