Payment policy

For all orders made from us, you can pay via manual payments, internet banking or with a valid credit or debit card.

Prices and shipping rates may be subject to change without prior notice however these changes will not be reflected for CONFIRMED (Paid) orders,

Shipping policy

Delivery costs for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and also Sarawak will be charged according to the price stipulated by the logistics provider.

We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout.

These details will also be listed in the order confirmation. Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you of this to the extent permitted by law, however, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. 

In case of any faults, issues, defects or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care representative. Please provide information about such issues during the call, including your order number, product details, etc, if needed.

1- If there by any reason for you to feel dissatisfied regarding your purchase which causes by any defect in the material (torn apart or dirty ONLY) or we have mistakenly sent wrong items to you, you may return it to us in a condition that it is still not worn, not washed, not amended, not ironed, and ALL TAGS ARE STILL IN A GOOD STATE and should be made within 3 days from the day you receive the parcel. Postage cost will be covered by us

2- Please be informed that we are not obligated to return your payment made through AvaPay if your order is failed to be accepted by our system. This problem may occur due to some technical errors or glitch in the system that we are not liable for. However, if this situation occurs, we will give a few options to you based on our discretion as stated below:

i) You may re-order with the same ordered items.

ii) You may re-order different codes but the same collection as your payment.
