- Full measurement will be taken for a best fit.
- Fitting will be held once for this collection as the first fitting will be without beads and your next visit will be for the delivery of the dress collection.
- Each design will be ready for collection within 2-3 weeks.
- Design is fixed as per our design collection. However, additional charges apply for changes to neckline or added lining.
- For any design, color can be changed as per request, subject to availability.
- Color shown in the picture may vary from the actual product.
- Always dry clean or hand wash the garment to ensure the perfect care of the fabric.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed on the same day if placed before 12 PM. If you place your order after 12 PM, on a weekend, or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship internationally to Singapore and Brunei. We are also expecting to expand our shipping to Indonesia soon.
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return and refund policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Refunds are issued as a coupon for future purchases. Exchanges are allowed for size changes or product errors within 7 days.
